Teachers and Learning Preferences of Students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) need teaching strategies that support their learning, such as Dunn and Dunn’s model, which can help them reach full potential. This study aimed to investigate teachers' knowledge of Dunn's model one the learning styles models perceptions importance using it for students ADHD. utilized a descriptive approach by employing survey collect data. The sample consisted 115 teachers in elementary schools Riyadh city have ADHD programs. findings indicated had no therefore about were low. Additionally, results showed there significant differences based on variables (gender, educational qualification, specialization, training courses). did, however, reveal according years teachers’ experience: two five experience optimum results. Based study, several recommendations suggested, lectures workshops under supervision specialists appropriate style.
